All subjects are presented in English, except for Afrikaans Eerste Addisionele Taal, which is presented in Afrikaans. We do have an equivalent platform in Afrikaans, called Afrikaanse Skoolprojekte, which offers all subjects in Afrikaans, with the exception of English First Additional Language that is presented in English. Yes, files are downloadable; pintable PDF documents. You can store files safely on your computer’s hard drive. Please see our Terms and Conditions if you are unsure about the terms of use and copyright protection.

There is no difference. Only the Worksheets and Answers ranges / Exam Papers and Answers ranges are specifically created for each grade and contains unique in content. The other learning programmes (products) available in the packages for each grade are the same as the Individual Products with the same title. However, the combination of products included in packages for each grade are specifically tailored to that grade. Individual Products can be purchased separately from the individual product’s page, or by purchasing it from a grade’s Selection Package. Keep in mind that it is more economical to purchase the Prime Package which contains all products rather than purchasing products individually.

‘Afrikaanse Skoolensiklopedie’ is created for Afrikaans learners due to the lack of relevant information in Afrikaans, as most information is freely available in English on the internet and in books. We are currently working on a similar product that will be available in English in the near future.

‘Easy English Home Language’ is a comprehensive language study programme in English for learners with English as their Home Language. It is designed to assist learners with learning English and to make homework and exam preparation easy. It advances reading and writing skills and builds English vocabulary. Strong focus is placed on English spelling, grammar and punctuation rules. Guidelines with examples on how to write documents, essays and speeches simplify the writing process. ‘Easy English Home Language’ teaches and explains the language principles and rules to learners and also discuss literature.

The English Home Language papers are designed specifically for each grade to test whether learners understand the work and can apply it with proper exam technique.

‘Alles Afrikaans Eerste Addisionele Taal’ is a comprehensive language study programme in Afrikaans for learners with Afrikaans as their First Additional Language. It is designed to assist learners with learning Afrikaans and make homework and exam preparation easy. It advances reading and writing skills and builds Afrikaans vocabulary. Yes, we do have examples as well as helpful guidelines on how to write speeches in our two language study programmes, ‘Easy English Home Language’ and ‘Alles Afrikaans Eerste Addisionele Taal’. However, at this time we don’t provide public speaking- or class speeches at request of individuals.

Currently we do not offer summaries of learning material as an individual product on our website. We do however have study guides for some subjects as part of our ‘Exam Papers and Answers’ range, which serve as explanatory supplementary material.

The Prime Package is the most comprehensive subscription plan. The Prime Package includes four learning programmes. The Standard Package is the leading choice for test and exam preparation and includes one learning programme. The Selection Package allows users to create their own customised package from our available products.

Packages are made up of individual products. There is no difference in the content of an individual product and correlating component in a package.

The content of ‘Easy English’, ‘Alles Afrikaans’, ‘Fun Corner’ and ‘Career Guide’ is the same for individual products and all three packages. The exception is the ‘Worksheets and Answers’ range and ‘Exam Papers and Answers’ range isn’t available as individual products since it is the only product in the Standard Package, for the respective grades.

To see pricing details for the various subscription plans visit the ‘Products’ page and select the grade of your choice. The payment options (either a Single Payment or Monthly Debit Order) will be available to you. Add the subscription plan of your choice to your cart. A subscription is valid for the period a learner is in a specific grade that school year and expires on 31 December.

Subject to the Terms and Conditions, you can cancel your Services and receive full reimbursement of the amount paid if no more than 5 (five) documents have been downloaded, subject to our sole discretion.

Due to the nature of downloadable products and online services, no refunds are normally available should more than 5 (five) documents have been downloaded. We reserve the right to use our sole discretion to decide on a fair amount for reimbursement, if any, for your refund request depending on the reason for cancellation; activity on your account; and the period of use of our subscription services. Nothing herein affects your statutory rights. Our decision will be final.

Credit Card and EFT Transaction Payments will be refunded within three working days after your account has been investigated and the reason for cancellation has been approved. If you cancel the Service for Debit Order Payments before the end of your current paid up month, you will be refunded within three working days after your account has been investigated and the reason for cancellation has been approved and you will not be charged again.

No refunds or credits will be allowed for cancellation without a valid reason, for partial months of Service, for months unused or if your account is terminated due to breach of any of the Agreements.

Subscriptions are not carried over to the next grade. A subscription is valid for the period a learner is in a specific grade during that school year. A subscription expires on 31 December.

Yes, we have a discounted price for two and three learners. Please add another grade of your choice to the cart before completing the checkout. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

You can sign up for both the English and Afrikaans platforms, ASP School Projects and Afrikaanse Skoolprojekte respectively. However, you will have to make two separate transactions. You don’t qualify for the discounted price.

Subscription plans are available for one up to three grades per household. The content per grade is accessible for one, two or three learners and both parents. Only one user can be logged in at a time.

For cancellation of debit order transactions to take effect the amount for the balance of the billing period in which you cancel your account is due.

You may formally cancel your Services by sending us an email or by sending us a message via our Contact Us page. You are solely responsible for the cancellation. Once your cancellation has been approved, your account will be suspended. All access to the Service, including but not limited to documents and user data, will no longer be available to you.

Yes, files can be accessed through computers, tablets and mobile devices with an internet connection. Save the files on your device for ease of use in the future.

Yes, internet access is required to download files. Files can be stored on your hard drive and used offline for viewing and printing.

Once you have successfully purchased a subscription licence for a package, you will have access to download the documents from your profile. You can find the steps how to download files here.

Yes, but there is a limit. A single document can be downloaded 3 times. If a document reached the maximum allowed downloads you will no longer be able to download that document. If continued attempts to download the file again are made, your account will experience temporary timeout and will be under investigation for any suspicious activity.

Almost all modern devices that has internet access will be able to access the documents. Adobe Acrobat Reader has to be installed on your computer to view and print the PDF Files. It is recommended to save the files on desktop or laptop computers.

We recommend using Google Chrome. Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Opera is also acceptable. Make sure that your internet browser is updated to the latest version and supported by your operating system. Note that Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft and will likely not provide the best user-experience.
